Part 2 – Treatments On-Site
1. Bookings
- Appointments must be booked in advance.
- A deposit may be required to confirm your booking.
2. Payments
- Full payment is due at the time of treatment..
- Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred with at least 48 hours notice.
3. Cancellations & No-Shows
- Less than 48 hours’ notice notice may result in loss of deposit or a cancellation fee.
- Missed appointments (no-shows) will result in loss of deposit and may prevent future bookings.
4. Health & Safety
- Clients must disclose relevant medical conditions, allergies, or medications prior to treatment.
- Treatments are carried out only if considered safe and appropriate.
- Treatments are not a substitute for medical care. If in doubt, consult a medical professional.
5. Liability
- We are not liable for adverse reactions due to withheld medical information or failure to follow aftercare advice.
- Personal belongings are brought on-site at your own risk.
6. Age Restrictions
- Certain treatments may only be available to clients 18 years and over. Proof of age may be requested.
7. Gift Vouchers & Promotions
- Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
